General Questions:
   1.    What types of inflatables do you offer?
Bounce houses, combos, water slides, obstacle courses, etc.
   2.    How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 30 days in advance, especially for weekends.
   3.    How long is the rental period?
Typically, rentals are for up to 6–8 hours. 

Setup & Delivery:
   4.    Do you deliver and set up the bounce house?
Yes, delivery, setup, and takedown are included in the rental fee within our service area.
   5.    What areas do you service?
We service Connecticut. 
   6.    What surface can the bounce house be set up on?
Grass is preferred. We can also set up on concrete, asphalt, or indoors. Please let us know in advance.

Requirements & Safety:
   7.    What are the power requirements?
One standard 110V outlet within 50 feet. 
   8.    Do you provide supervision?
No, a responsible adult must supervise children at all times. We provide safety rules and guidelines.
   9.    What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
Our weather policy is as follows: If it is raining on the day of your event, we will not deliver the inflatable. In this case, we will call you in the morning to cancel your order. If the forecast shows only clouds or a slight chance of rain, we will contact you the morning of your event. At that time, you may choose to proceed with your order or cancel it. If you choose to proceed, we will deliver and set up the inflatable as scheduled. Please note, once the unit is delivered and set up, there are no refunds if it begins to rain.

Why we do this:

Safety is our top priority! Wet inflatables can be dangerous for children. Once an inflatable becomes wet, it is very difficult to properly clean and dry.

Payment & Policies:
   10.    Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 25% deposit is required to reserve your rental. The balance is due at delivery.
   11.    What is your cancellation policy?

14 Days or More Before Event: Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to your event date are eligible for a full refund.

13 Days or Less Before Event: Cancellations made 13 days or less before your event are non-refundable. However, you will receive a credit to reschedule your rental for a future date (subject to availability). Rescheduled events must be held within 12 months of the original event date

Cleaning & Safety:
   12.    Are the bounce houses clean and sanitized?
Absolutely. We clean and sanitize every inflatable after each use with kid-safe, eco-friendly products.
   13.   What should kids wear while using the bounce house?
Socks recommended. No shoes, sharp objects, or food/drink inside the inflatable.
   14.  What if the inflatable gets damaged during the rental?
You are responsible for any damage due to misuse or neglect. Normal wear and tear is not charged.
